How We Do Things Here At Vergason Window Cleans
Our Process
Window Cleaning
- We start by mopping up the window with soap and water, if this is a first time clean we scrub the whole window with an abrasive pad.
- Then squeegee all solution and water off the window, detail the glass and frames (Sills & door thresholds are always complimentary)
- We then open all doors and windows to clean tracks and thresholds with a damp microfiber cloth.
- Lastly, we clean all screen doors and pop-out screens with a soft bristle brush. Tap out most excess water from screens then slap out any remaining water with a clean microfiber towel.
*Any excess paint, silicone, stucco & decal removal will be priced differently, as different tools are required.*
*Hard water stain removal is never promised but we will do our best!*
Solar Panel Cleaning
- We start by setting up hose & cleaning equipment on roof.
- Hosing down two - three panels at a time, scrubbing with a soft bristle brush, then rinsing.
Gutter Cleaning
- We start by removing any gutter guard screens (if any are installed)
- Scoop any debris out of gutters into 5-gallon bucket, which is then emptied into a trash bag.
- Any down spouts will be cleared & unclogged.
- Any debris removed from gutters or roof will be disposed in your green waste bin.
*We do not haul green waste but we will take the trash bags*
Cobweb Dusting
- Starts at $25 minimum - every 30 minutes is an additional $25 after the first 30 minutes.
